Embroidery is a big part of what we do at Custom Clothing. Whether setting up a successful embroidery design or offering advice on logo size to ensure that the by-line in it looks good when embroidered.
The key to a successful embroidery is knowing what is possible and having the experience to turn your design into a crisp, sharp, quality stitched on logo. This is where we come in; we've done it all and dealt with every variation you can imagine. We've learnt what will work for you so you don't have to worry about a thing.
We have multiple factory locations with embroidery machines running up to 16 hours a day, so your project will be done on time, every time.
Quoting is done after we digitize you logo. This is done so we can make sure that the prices we give you are accurate and that we know already, when you come to produce your project, exactly what it takes to create your logo to the highest standard possible.
Other types of embroidery:
- Patches: Stitched on embroidered patches are not an issue, we'll make it happen so that it'll look great and not cost the earth.
- Felt Applique (AKA College style embroidery/lettering): This process is an awesome way to have a larger design embroidered, or 'stitched on', to the garment at a good price, without the issue of the garments fabric looking weighed down. Looks great with 1 - 2 colours, fabric is laser cut and sewn into place on the garment by our machines. Really needs to be a thick design to work well. We can also do sports twill applique and a drill vintage applique variation if you desire.
- 3D Embroidered Designs: Typically for Caps. It really gives the embroidered logo a great look so that it stands out and 'pops' off the cap. Works best with thick logos.
